With over 20 years of experience in leadership, coaching, and organisational development, Kylie has worked with councils, government agencies, and major institutions to build leadership capability, strengthen workplace cultures, and support teams through complex change.
Her work is grounded in a simple but powerful belief: when leaders grow, communities benefit. Kylie understands the unique pressures of public service - balancing compliance, governance, and budget constraints while still delivering outcomes that leave a lasting legacy for the community.
Kylie is a PCC-accredited Executive Coach with a background in psychology, management, and financial services.
